An Invitation for Bid [IFB] solicitation will be issued on or about July 28th, 2020 for a construction project “Valve Vault 108” at USDA Ames, Iowa. The effort is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 238220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.50 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, construction range is $100,000 to $250,000. The government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, personnel, supervision and management necessary to perform the required work and complete the project. The work shall include but is not limited to: Valve Vault 108” at USDA Ames, Iowa.
