THE USDA FOREST SERVICE PLANS TO AWARD AN EXTENSION OF THE CURRENT LEASE FOR OFFICE and RELATED SPACE in Duluth, Minnesota. This is a sources sought announcement only and is NOT to be construed as a solicitation for firm proposals or offers. A response hereto does NOT obligate the respondent or the Government in any way. This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost. Delineated Area: City Limits Duluth, Minnesota Description: 22,710 Useable Square Feet (22,710 Rentable Square Feet) of office space and related space with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 2 -year lease extension with termination rights. Current Lease Expires: June 30, 2019 Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is January 27, 2020. Responses should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
