This announcement is solely for the purpose of determining if space is available or can be made available and to obtain an estimated cost. Delineated Area: City Limits Duluth, Minnesota Description: 19,810 Useable Square Feet (22,710 Rentable Square Feet) of office space and related space with both employee and visitor parking spaces. The term will be a 2 -year lease extension with termination rights. Current Lease Expires: June 30, 2019 Receipt of Responses: The latest date for receipt of responses is May 17, 2019. Responses should include the proposed property location and the estimated square foot rate per year and a total estimated annual rental rate.
