The contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, personnel, and logistics to meet agreement specifications, with resources potentially used nationwide. The government intends to award multiple preseason Blanket Purchase Agreements through a total Small Business set-aside. Vendors must select an available dispatch center closest to their resource location to meet emergency response needs. Prospective bidders must be registered in SAM.gov, have a UEI number, a Login.gov account, and be prepared to submit quotes electronically via the VIPR system.
