The USDA Forest Service seeks to establish multiple preseason Incident Blanket Purchase Agreements for an Incident Base Unit to support fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed project work in the Pacific Southwest Region (Region 5). The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, personnel, and logistics, with resources to be dispatched from the regional center closest to their location. The agreement is a total Small Business set-aside, and performance is tied to the West Zone ESB Region 5. Proposed rates must be based on up to a 16-hour daily shift. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, have a UEI, a Login.gov account, and submit quotes electronically through the specified VIPR system.
