Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a re-opened solicitation for the USDA Forest Service to onboard new vendors for Chippers used in fire suppression and all-hazard incidents under an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA). The onboarding process operates under the original solicitation's terms, meaning evaluation factors, award terms, and the period of performance remain identical. It is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. New offerors who meet the original eligibility requirements may submit a quote through the specified VIPR system during the open season. After onboarding, new contractors or added resources become eligible to receive dispatches under the agreement.
