Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for a Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) to add a Mechanic with Service Truck for use in fire suppression and all-hazard incidents in Regions 5 & 6. This is not a new procurement; the evaluation criteria, terms, conditions, and period of performance are identical to the original solicitation. Both new offerors and existing IBPA awardees may submit quotes or modify rates through the VIPR system during this open season, with all proposals subject to the original solicitation's criteria. After onboarding, new contractors and accepted new resources become eligible to receive dispatches. The onboarding period coincides with the Contracting Officer's annual review process for existing agreements.
