VIPR I-BPA for Fallers for West Zone Regions 5 and 6
The USDA Forest Service is reopening the solicitation for Fallers and Faller Modules to support fire suppression and all-hazard incidents, specifically for an "open season Onboarding" period. This is an amendment to an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for the ESB West Zone, covering Regions 3, 5, 6, and 10. The onboarding allows new offerors to submit quotes and existing awardees to revise their agreements, with all proposals subject to the original solicitation's evaluation criteria and terms. The performance period for any new awards will be identical to the original agreement. Following the onboarding and annual review period, newly added contractors and resources will be eligible to receive task orders.
