Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The USDA Forest Service is reopening an onboarding process for its Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement for Fuel Tenders, specifically for the West Zone of Regions 5 and 6. This is not a new procurement but an amendment to the original solicitation, allowing new vendors to join and existing awardees to revise their agreements. The evaluation criteria, terms, and conditions, including the period of performance, will be identical to the original solicitation. The onboarding period coincides with the annual review process for existing contractors. New offerors who meet the original solicitation's eligibility requirements may submit a quote through the VIPR system.
