Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a re-opened solicitation for the USDA Forest Service to onboard new contractors onto an existing Multiple Award Incident Blanket Purchase Agreement (IBPA) for heavy equipment used in fire suppression and all-hazard incidents. The onboarding is for an open season period, allowing new, eligible small businesses and specific set-aside categories to submit quotes. All proposals will be evaluated against the original solicitation's criteria, and any new awards will have identical terms and conditions, including the period of performance. The performance location is the ESB West Zone, covering Forest Service Regions 5 and 6. After onboarding, new contractors will be eligible to receive task orders.
