The purpose of the sources sought notice is to determine availability and set-aside options for the purchase and installation of an excavator mounted hydraulic sheet pile driver on a Volvo EC160CL. Responses to this notice, by the closing date and time, shall include business name, DUNS number, point of contact, sheet pile driver literature, and availability to perform on-site service. Responses are to be emailed to shawn.lacina@usda.gov. Sheet Pile Driver Requirements: Excavator Mounted Hydraulic Sheet Pile Driver Installed on a Volvo EC160CL. Excavator PIN: VCEC160CP00120775. Quick Attach Mounting Installation Kit installed on Hydraulic Pile Driver. Pile Driver Configuration: 180 Degree Swivel. Mounting Type: Dedicated Quick Attach. Low Flow Pressure Kit to be installed on machine by seller. Freight to Seller/Installer Included. Must be installed by seller within 150 miles of Laona, WI. Seller must be able to provide on-site service to Laona, WI. Specifications •Minimum of 180° free rotation to allow alignment and positioning of sheet pile without having to reposition the machine. When not needed, the swivel can be locked in place; either parallel or perpendicular to the boom. •Dedicated top mounting brackets designed to OEM bucket specifications to provide a full range of motion for positioning to pick up/remove the sheet from the ground. •Hydraulic cylinder lock for positive pile clamping to prevent slippage. •Rubber shock mounts. •Heavy duty, high efficiency gear motor. •Integrated flow control and pressure relieving valves. •Oil splash lubrication of the compactor bearings.
