This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 million. The intent of this solicitation is to award multiple IDIQ contracts for hazardous fuels reduction. The exact number of contract awards will depend on responses received, qualifications, and prices. The Government does not intend to award more than six contracts. Work is intended to be performed on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Wisconsin, but may be utilized for projects anywhere in the Eastern Region of the Forest Service.
