The government reserves the right to award multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The purpose of this contract is to treat 36.3 acres of black locust, autumn olive and non-native honeysuckle. Initial treatments will occur within 2 years of award, with 50% of the initial treatments completed by December 31, 2020. There will be two follow-up treatments of any re-sprouts or seedlings within two years of the initial treatment. Both follow-up treatments should be completed by December 31, 2023. Solicitation packages are due no later than 21 February 2020 at 2:00 p.m. and must be submitted to CO, Debra Brinn at debra.brinn@usda.gov. Solicitation packages are posted as a separate document labeled as "Submission Package". This package is mandatory.
