The Lakes States Acquisition Team announces opportunity New Well House, Chittenden Nursery on the Huron-Manistee National Forests in Wellston, MI. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110. The Small Business Administration size standard is $39.5 Million. This project consists of removing the old well house and installing all new plumbing and electrical in a new pre-fabricated concrete building (being provided under separate contract). Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, demolition, installing underground water lines, installing new water well pump, electrical and plumbing work, site restoration, chlorination and commissioning of the system. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation is posted to this www.SAM.gov announcement and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided.
