This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation has been posted to FBO (https://beta.sam.gov) and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FBO website. One or more IDIQ contracts will be awarded from this solicitation with a performance period of five years from date of award. The maximum award amount, of all IDIQ contracts combined, shall not exceed $4 million. Incorporated provisions, clauses, and addenda are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation in the required timeframe. One to more contracts will be awarded from this solicitation and contractors must bid on all line items for all five (5) years from at least one of the two Forests for their offer to be considered.
