This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Documents to Return: • Schedule of Items (Quote) • Annual Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) • Acknowledgement of Amendments (if applicable) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 321113 Sawmills and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Invoicing will be paid via Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP) only. No exceptions. The "Submit Invoice-to" address for USDA orders is the Department of Treasury's Invoice Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP). The contractor must follow the instructions on how to register and submit invoices via IPP as prescribed in the previous communications from USDA and Treasury. All invoices are to be submitted via the electronic Invoice Processing Platform.
