The Lake States Acquisition Team announces a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity for the Chequamegon-Nicolet and Ottawa National Forests Hand Tree Planting IDIQ Services projects. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 115112. The Small Business Administration size standard is $7.5 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have completed the online representations and certifications. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about February 1, 2019. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract consisting of hand tree planting of Government furnished tree seedlings in such a manner to insure tree survival and growth on the Chequamegon-Nicolet and Ottawa National Forests.
