This is a Request for Information (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of, and to conduct market research of potentially qualified businesses who would be interested in, and capable of providing janitorial services at the USA ARS MWA Environmentally Integrated Dairy Management Research Unit (EIDMRU) located at 2615 Yellowstone Drive Marshfield, WI 54449. The USDA Midwest Area (MWA) is looking to identify whether there is enough small business interest to warrant a small business set aside for these services in accordance to FAR 19.5 Set-Asides for Small Business procedures. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is purely voluntary. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this is RFI is 56127-Janitorial Service size standard $19.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for a base year with up to four (4) option years. If your company has the capability, skills, management plan and knowledge to perform these types of services, please submit the following information: Contractor/vendor responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name; (b) address; (c) point of contact; (d) phone, fax and email; (e ) DUNS Number; (f) Cage Code; (g) socioeconomic category (i.e., small business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.); (h) a technical/capability statement as well as your existing customers (i) any GSA Schedule numbers and expiration dates and (j) if you accept credit cards and (k) provide any past experience demonstrating exposure to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, lavatory cleaning, window sill cleaning, cleaning drinking fountains, sinks, table surfaces, using biobased cleaning supplies, and restocking of paper products.
