This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services for the Supervisor’s Office of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Winchester, Kentucky. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and incidentals, except as listed under Government-Furnished Property in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of the contract. There is a Base Period with up to Two Option Years, if exercised and needed, as well as one Additional Item if needed. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 12531A20Q0004 and the solicitation is attached to this notice as an attachment. SITE VISIT No formal site showing is scheduled for this project. The Forest Service contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
