This amendment removes the following language from Evaluation Factor #5: "The QA/QC Plan shall also include, but not be limited to, provisions for temporary curatorial requirements". An updated RFP has been attached. USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to provide road maintenance and reconstruction on the Hoosier National Forest, various counties, Indiana. Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and placement of aggregate, blading, culvert replacement, road reconstruction. The contractor may provide services Forest wide. Project locations are throughout the forest on either of the two Ranger Districts; on various forest roads and at various locations. Maintenance may be performed on any road under Forest Service jurisdiction. The Government anticipates multiple awards. The anticipated contract period of performance will be Base Period plus four Option periods. Basis for award: A contract will be awarded to the offeror/offerors that is most advantageous to the Government IAW with the evaluation factors. A pre-proposal meeting will be December 19, 2019 at 9:30a.m. e.s.t., at the Supervisors Office, 811 Constitution Ave. This meeting is not mandatory. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Construction wage rates and Service Contract Act. The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside.
