USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to provide road maintenance and reconstruction on the Shawnee National Forest, various counties, Illinois. Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and placement of aggregate, blading, culvert replacement, road reconstruction. The contractor may provide services Forest wide. Project locations are throughout the forest on either of the two Ranger Districts; on various forest roads and at various locations. See the contract package for an informational list of roads to be considered for maintenance each year. Roads indicated are a representation of roads to be maintained, however maintenance may be performed on any road under Forest Service jurisdiction. The Government anticipates multiple awards. The anticipated contract period of performance will be Base Period plus four Option periods. Basis for award: A contract will be awarded to the offeror/offerors that is most advantageous to the Government IAW with the evaluation factors. No pre-proposal meeting is planned.
