Work includes but is not limited to the following: ? Remove and replace damaged wood siding, facia and soffit boards ? Remove and install seamless gutters and down spouts on front and back of buildings ? Install metal gutter guards ? Replace 2 exterior metal doors, hardware and frames, remove and ruse deadbolt locks ? Install 4 exterior flood LED lights on poleshed ? Scrape and paint exterior siding on Poleshed and Warehouse ? Remove debris and soil from around east side of poleshed, shape to drain away from building There will be Base Items and Optional Items. The contract term will be 120 days.
