The associated NAICS is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a small business size standard of under $45 Million. The applicable PSC is Z2AA (Repair or Alteration of Buildings). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any questions and all proposals must be submitted in writing via email to Tiffany Reval at tiffany.reval@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B25R0006”) and/or title ("Renovation of LSS Suite and Room 211") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email.
