All other terms and conditions to remain the same. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement for Replace Boilers and Associated Heating System Repairs in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Solicitation 12505B24R0021 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order. Notice of Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns: This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Magnitude of Construction is between $500,000 and $1.000,000. Period of performance is 90 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed for the base and option 1 (if applicable). Bonds: Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are all required Organized site visits have been scheduled for July 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST and July 10, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to Replace Boilers and Associated Heating System Repairs of the Food Animal Environmental Systems Research (FAESR) 230 Bennett Lane Bowling Green, KY 42104 PROJECT SCOPE: The scope of the project shall be, generally, the replacement of boiler units (boiler unit 1A and 1B) with new; replacement of associated heating water (HW) piping systems with new, along with associated mechanical / electrical / control system / miscellaneous renovations. The renovations / improvemetns shall be in accordance with this Statement of Work and the FAR Solicitation and Contract clauses that are identified in the complete Solicitation package.
