The associated NAICS is 541380 (“Testing Laboratories and Services”) with a small business size standard of under $19.0 Million. The applicable PSC is B529 (“Special Studies/Analysis- Scientific Data”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0357”) and/or title ("Sequencing of RNA Samples ") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
