The associated NAICS is 513210 (“Software Publishers”) with a small business size standard of under $47.0 Million. The applicable PSC is 7A20 (“IT and Telecom - Application Development Software”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award.
