(2) Update the clauses and provisions. (3) Update the documents that were attached to the SF1449. (4) Add an SF-30 amendment of solicitation form with the updated documents attached. (5) Update all applicable dates. (6) Extend the quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0328 is to provide components for seed metering system and duel fertilizer application system upgrades to a 4-row planter in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 333111 (“Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 3710 (“Soil Preparation Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0328”) and/or title ("Components for Seed Metering System and Duel Fertilizer Application System Upgrades to a 4-Row Planter") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment of solicitation form, SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
