AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 08/14/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to (1) extend the quote submission deadline and (2) add an SF-30 solicitation amendment form to the Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0293 is to provide a Maize Winter Nursery in Chile in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 111150 (“Corn Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $2.5 Million. The applicable PSC is F009 (“Natural Resources/Conservation- Seed Collection/Production”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0293”) and/or title ("Maize Winter Nursery in Chile") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF-30 solicitation amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, August 19, 2024.
