This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0289 is to provide Annual Inspection of Hoists, Overhead Crane, and Sling Equipment in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 811310 (“Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance”) with a small business size standard of under $12.5 Million. The applicable PSC is H339 (“Inspection - Materials Handling Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award that includes a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0289”) and/or title ("Annual Inspection of Hoists, Overhead Crane, and Sling Equipment") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 AM CT on Friday, August 2, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. All quotes submitted must be valid until at least Monday, September 30, 2024.
