This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0276C is to provide Software License and Device Warranty for an ONT GridION x5 in accordance with the Requirements provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 513210 (“Software Publishers”) with a small business size standard of under $47.0 Million. The applicable PSC is J066 (“Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award that includes a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0276C”) and/or title ("Software License and Device Warranty for an ONT GridION x5") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, July 29, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
