AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/28/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document along with an SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0221 is to provide cattle herd hoof trimming services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 115210 (“Support Activities for Animal Production”) with a small business size standard of under $11.0 Million. The applicable PSC is R416 (“Support- Professional: Veterinary/Animal Care”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0221”) and/or title ("Cattle Herd Hoof Trimming Services IDIQ") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, July 1, 2024.
