AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 06/27/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document along with an SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0220 is to provide an Elemental Analyzer capable of analyzing Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Sulfur in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (“Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0220”) and/or title ("Elemental Analyzer") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. Completed copies of the SF30 amendment acknowledgment forms, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
