AMENDMENT 0001 (07/03/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add photos of the damage with an SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0218 is to provide the repair of a 2019 Dodge Caravan (A384449) to fully operation condition in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 811121 (“Automotive Body, Paint, and Interior Repair and Maintenance”) with a small business size standard of under $9.0 Million. The applicable PSC is J025 (“Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Vehicular Equipment Components”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any site visit requests, questions, and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0218”) and/or title ("Repair a 2019 Dodge Caravan (A384449) to Fully Operation Condition") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A site visit to view the vechicle will be availible on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM CT. Requests to participate in the site visit must be received by or before 2:59 PM CT on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. No questions will be answered while the site visit is eing conducted. Any questions will need to be submitted in writting after the site visit. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, July 1, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, July 8, 2024.
