The associated NAICS is 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of under 800 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. All quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Tiffany Reval at tiffany.reval@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0210”) and/or title ("small autoclave") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed SF1449 and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
