The associated NAICS is 333111 (Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 3750. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside AND An award being made is subject to the availability of funds. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Jeffery Kathman jeffery.kathman@usda.gov with the solicitation number “12505B24Q0208” and title "Pull behind mower/conditioner" in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 12:00 PM CT on 7 June 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 shall be include with your quote. This solicitation requires trade-in credit as part of your proposal.
