All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0194 is to provide a Rugged, Portable Veterinary Ultrasound Unit in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334510 (“Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,250 employees. The applicable PSC is 6525 (“Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0194”) and/or title ("Rugged, Portable Veterinary Ultrasound Unit") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
