End of Amendment------------------------- This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0190 is for Carpet and Flooring trim in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 238330 (Flooring Contractors) with a small business size standard of under $19 million. The applicable PSC is S214 (Housekeeping Carpet Laying/cleaning). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Tiffany Reval at tiffany.reval@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0190”) and/or title ("Carpet flooring and trim installation") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:00 AM CT on July 02, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:00 AM CT on July 19, 2024.
