(2) Update the clauses and provisions. (3) Update the attachments to the SF1449. (4) Update all applicable dates. (5) Extend the question and quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0154 is to provide Skidsteer Lease in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 532490 (“Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing”) with a small business size standard of under $40.0 million. The applicable PSC is W037 (“Lease or Rental of Equipment- Agricultural Machinery and Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award that include a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0154”) and/or title ("Skidsteer Lease") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
