This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0153 is to provide Grass-Alfalfa and Timothy Hay Cubes in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 111940 (“Hay Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $2.5 Million. The applicable PSC is 8710 (“Forage and Feed”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0153”) and/or title ("Grass-Alfalfa & Timothy Hay Cubes IDIQ") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
