This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0151 is for 14 Bred Sows Due to Farrow in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 112210 (“Hog and Pig Farming”) with a small business size standard of under $4.0 million. The applicable PSC is 8820 (“Live Animals, Not Raised for Food”). This solicitation is reissued as unrestricted. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
