All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 05/24/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0147 is to provide PRISM Software License, Tech Support, and Updates in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 513210 (“Software Publishers”) with a small business size standard of under $47.0 million. The applicable PSC is 7A21 (“IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software)”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award that include a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0147”) and/or title ("PRISM Software License, Tech Support, and Updates") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 3, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, June 10, 2024.
