All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0142 is to provide 24 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors and Installation and Extraction equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334513 (“Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables”) with a small business size standard of under 750 employees. The applicable PSC is 6685 (“Pressure, Temperature, and Hu. midity Measuring and Controlling Instruments”). It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award. We require Sentek “Drill and Drop Bluetooth” brand products (or equivalent). Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Jeffery Kathman at jeffery.kathman@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0142”) and/or title ("24 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors w/Accessories") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, July 12, 2024.
