The associated NAICS is 325314 "Fertilizer (Mixing Only) Manufacturing" with a small business size standard of under 550 employees. The applicable PSC is 8720. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Jeffery Kathman jeffery.kathman@usda.gov with the solicitation number “12505B24Q0135” and title "Fertilizer" in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 2:00 PM CT on 22 April 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 shall be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
