(2) Update the clauses and provisions. (3) Update the attachments to the SF1449. (4) Update all applicable dates. (5) Extend the question and quote submission deadlines. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0125 is to provide 10 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334513 (“Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables”) with a small business size standard of under 750 employees. The applicable PSC is 6685 (“Pressure, Temperature, and Humidity Measuring and Controlling Instruments”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award. We require Sentek “Drill and Drop Bluetooth” brand products (or equivalent). Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0125”) and/or title ("10 Sentek Bluetooth-Based Soil Moisture and Temperature Profile Probe Sensors") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment acknowledgment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
