End of Amendment GENERAL INFORMATION 1.0 Scope of Work The USDA ARS Midwest Area Director’s Office, 1815 N. University Street, Peoria, IL 61604, has a requirement to remodel six (6) rooms with carpet and flooring trim. 2.0 Background: Offices 2000, 2002-2004, 2004A, 2006, 2008 and 2010 need carpet and trim. All demolished material shall be properly disposed of by the contractor and cost to be included in the contract. A site visit is available prior to bid submission. Office 2000 is approximately 317 sq. ft. Needs carpeting and flooring trim. Office 2002-2004 is approximately 613 sq. ft. and also has two small closets. Needs carpeting and flooring trim. Office 2004A is approximately 595 sq. ft. Needs carpeting and flooring trim. Office 2006 is approximately 263 sq. ft. Needs carpeting and flooring trim. Office 2008 is approximately 263 sq. ft. and also has a small closet. Needs carpeting and flooring trim. Office 2010 is approximately 263 sq. ft. and also has a small closet.
