The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 484110 (General Freight Trucking, Local), with a small business size standard of $34 Million and a PSC Code of V112 (Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Transportation). This acquisition is for the following item as identified in the Line Item Number(s): 0001) Transport Tractor and Planter Specifications: See attached RFQ 12505B24Q0120. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Quoters responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quote shall include the following: 1 Technical Capability of the offer to meet the Government Requirement 2. Past Performance 3. Price All responses shall be submitted electronically to debora.wells@usda.gov. Basis of Award. Award of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be made based on “best value” to the Government, price and all other factors considered. The offeror must be responsible, as defined by FAR 9.104-1. Responsible includes, but is not limited to, satisfactory past performance, being registered and current in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), being a Small Business, not being debarred or suspended from doing business with the Federal Government, and other factors.
