Solicitation 12505B25Q0116 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The small business size standard is $22 million. Magnitude of Construction is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of performance is 450 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list. Submission of bid, payment, and performance bonds are required upon award of this acquisition. Site visits will be conducted at National Labratory for Agriculture and Envoronment, 1015 N. University Blvd, Ames, IA on April 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM CST and April 11, 2024 at 9:00 AM CST. In order to attend the site visit, you MUST pre-register by April 9, 2024 at 3:00 PM CDT.
