AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 04/02/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to: (1) Change the solicitation from a total small business set aside to being unrestricted. (2) Extend the time given to submit quotes. (3) Make updates to all dates. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0090 is to provide Preventative Maintenance Services for an Aqualynx and an Evoqua Water Tech in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of under $34.0 million. The applicable PSC is J066 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Instruments and Laboratory Equipment). This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award with a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0090”) and/or title ("Preventative Maintenance Services for an Aqualynx and an Evoqua Water Tech") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, April 8, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form, and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
