AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/20/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0073 is for a multi-sample UV-Vis spectrophotometer for DNA quantification and quality assessment in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 334516 (“Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing”) with a small business size standard of under 1,000 employees. The applicable PSC is 6640 (“Laboratory Equipment and Supplies”). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0073”) and/or title ("Multi-Sample UV-Vis Spectrophotometer for DNA Quantification and Quality Assessment") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
