AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 02/23/2024): This amendment (0001) is being issued to: (1) Add a question and answer document to Attachments/Links. (2) Extend the quote submission deadline in order to be able to hold a day for site visits. (3) Add an SF-30 to the Attachments/Links. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0062 is to trouble shoot and repair breaker B3 cables in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) with a small business size standard of under $12.5 million. The applicable PSC is J061 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Electric Wire and Power Distribution Equipment). This solicitation is issued as “Full and Open”. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0062”) and/or title ("Trouble Shoot and Repair Breaker B3 Cables") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF-30 amendment form, SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details. All quotes must be submitted in writing with all other requested and required documentation. Quotes are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Monday, March 4, 2024.
